These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jenkins Worker Sentinel website, software, and services ("Services") provided by OzenOps ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing our website or using our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Jenkins Worker Sentinel provides a Jenkins plugin for monitoring agent availability and sending alerts through various notification channels. The plugin runs on your Jenkins installation and is licensed on a per-controller basis.
3. Account Registration
To purchase a license or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Fees
Access to the full features of Jenkins Worker Sentinel requires a paid subscription. Fees are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.3 Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the full features of the software.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
5. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Jenkins Worker Sentinel plugin on the number of Jenkins controllers covered by your subscription.
This license does not include the right to:
- Sublicense, sell, or distribute the software
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including the software, website, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Your Jenkins infrastructure and its security
- Configuring notification channels and credentials
- Compliance with the terms of service of third-party services (Slack, PagerDuty, Twilio, etc.)
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining backups of your data and configurations
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
