How does the 30-day trial work?
Subscribe to a product to start your 30-day free trial. Checkout collects a payment method, but you are not charged until the trial ends: cancel anytime before then at no cost. The trial covers every controller on your subscription. Your license key is issued immediately at subscription: enter it in the plugin's configuration screen in Jenkins and you have full access to every feature from day one. Trials are one per product per account.
What counts as a "Jenkins controller"?
A Jenkins controller (formerly called "master") is a single Jenkins installation. Each controller on your subscription comes with unlimited agents/nodes.
Can I subscribe to multiple products?
Yes! Each product is licensed separately. You'll receive a unique API key for each product you subscribe to.
What if I have multiple Jenkins controllers?
Choose how many controllers you need on the checkout page, from 1 to 10: each one is billed at the product's monthly price, and one license key covers them all. For more than 10 controllers, or to change the number later, contact us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your license will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
