Common Topics
Licensing & Activation
All OzenOps plugins use the same licensing system. Each subscription provides a license key that activates the plugin on one Jenkins controller.
Activating Your License
- Purchase a subscription from the product page
- Copy your license key from the dashboard
- In Jenkins, go to Manage Jenkins → System
- Find the plugin configuration section and enter your license key
- Click "Activate" to validate and enable the plugin
License Validation
Plugins validate licenses periodically (every 24 hours). If our servers are unreachable, a 72-hour grace period allows continued operation.
Moving Your License
To move a license to a different Jenkins controller, regenerate your API key in the dashboard. The old key will be invalidated automatically.
System Requirements
- Jenkins Version: 2.426.x LTS or later
- Java Version: Java 17 or later
- Network: HTTPS connectivity for license validation
Individual plugins may have additional requirements listed in their documentation.
Support
All subscriptions include email support. For help with any OzenOps plugin:
- Email: [email protected]
- Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
When contacting support, please include your Jenkins version, plugin version, and any relevant error messages or logs.
